Company
Strategiz LLC
United States
Strategiz publishes market research and intelligence. It is not a broker-dealer, an investment adviser, or a portfolio manager, and it does not execute trades.
Looking for answers?
The FAQ answers the questions that arrive most often — brokerage access, market data, backtesting, alerts, subscriptions, and what the product deliberately does not do.
Check these first
A good share of incoming questions already have an answer on the site, and reading one beats waiting on a reply. The FAQ covers accounts and two-factor authentication, which market data sits behind the numbers, how backtesting works and why past results are not a promise, how alerts are delivered, subscriptions and payment methods, and the things Strategiz deliberately will not do. How It Works walks through what happens between typing a ticker and getting a buy, sell, or hold call back — what goes in, what the model is asked, and what comes out the other side.
What to include in a support message
Support can only work from what is in the message. "The app is broken" costs three round trips before anyone can start looking; the details below usually collapse that into one.
- The email address on your account. Accounts are looked up by email, so a message from a different address with no account email in it is a dead end.
- Your device and OS version — an iPhone 15 Pro on iOS 26.1 is a different environment from a browser on Windows — plus the app version if the problem is in the iOS app.
- The symbol, forecast, or strategy involved, and roughly when. "The 4-hour signal for NVDA on Tuesday morning" can be pulled up and looked at. "A signal looked wrong" cannot.
- What you expected, and what happened instead. Those are often two different problems — a feature working as designed and a feature designed badly need different fixes.
- A screenshot, if the problem is visual. Crop out anything you would rather not send; balances and positions are never needed to diagnose a rendering bug.
Reporting a security vulnerability
Reports from security researchers are welcome. If you have found a vulnerability in the web platform, the iOS app, or the authentication flow, send it to security@strategiz.ai rather than through the general form, and say so plainly in the subject line.
A report that can be acted on names the affected endpoint, screen, or flow, gives the steps to reproduce it, and describes the impact — what an attacker could actually read, change, or take over. Please test only against accounts you control, avoid automated scanning that would degrade the service for other people, and allow a reasonable window for a fix before publishing.
The Security page describes how accounts are protected, including passkeys and authenticator-app TOTP, and is the right place to start if you are assessing the product rather than reporting a specific bug.
What Strategiz cannot help with
Saying this plainly saves everyone a message.
Financial advice
Nobody at Strategiz can tell you what to buy, sell, or hold. The product is research and intelligence: the AI stock signals, the commodity price forecasts, and the company relationship data are material to reason with, not recommendations, and none of it is personalised to anyone's circumstances, tax position, or tolerance for loss. Nothing on the platform is financial advice, and a support reply will not become the exception.
Placing, changing, or cancelling a trade
Strategiz does not execute orders. There is no order routing, no automated execution, and no bot trading on anyone's behalf — so there is no order for support to reach into and no position to unwind. Whatever you decide to act on happens at your own broker, under your own control.
Anything that belongs to your broker or bank
Password resets, transfers, settlement questions, and tax documents sit with the institution holding the account. Strategiz has no visibility into them and cannot act on them.
Strategiz LLC is not a broker-dealer, an investment adviser, or a portfolio manager. Markets involve risk, including the loss of principal.
